Im just wondering if there is still any lenders out there that can do loans over 417k 100% cltv. Somebody told me they aquired a bank that can, over the internet. But I dont believe them.

Really? You can do 100% CLTV purchases still. What are your guidelines?

I can also do 100% up to $620k with a 620 or 100% up to 750k with a 660. Guidelines are -
must be full doc or 12mos bank statements(must be personal)
FTHB are limited to $550k max loan amount for primary residence loans
Mortgage can't be 1x90 within the last 12mos
Any Ch. 13 BK's must have been discharged before getting loan
Any Ch. 7 BK'S must have been disharged within last 24mos to get 100%

if it is full doc a lot of lenders can do it.
usually for FTHB the max that you can get is $550k
