I am moving from Los Angeles back to Baton Rouge. I am looking for an opportunity in Louisiana to make a quick transition so there won't be a long gap in my income. I am self sufficient and have my own leads, I just need a place that will help me get my loans done without taking a huge cut. Also...are there any requirements to be an orignator in Louisiana? Thanks for your help!

What do you consider a hugh cut? I know a Broker that do a 50/50 with you and you'll be able to do Forward and Reverse Mortgages.

We are looking to hire and are licensed exempt as a Credit Union in Louisiana (and all other states). Call my partner Naiche at 303-4859-4109 to ask questions and find out details...

Try Brokers Home. Offices in Metarie and Baton Rouge. I believe they pay 100% minus a flat fee for processing.

I work for an excellent broker who has a well established offic in Louisianna. He pays 70% commission and does all the processing, etc. and gets the loans closed. He is also a super nice guy. Honest. I have been in the industry 19 years and I have no problem recommending him. As soon as your loans close, you get paid. He also has health insurance and pays 50% if you need it. Very laid back. If you are interested, I can have him give you a call. Thanks.
