Please ONLY direct hard money lenders should apply. It doesn't make any sense for brokers to respond. Anyhow, I have a fairly easy deal requiring Hard Money for quick close, with the following scenario:
Borrower Fico: 700+
Property Value: $2.4M
Requested Loan amount: $1.35M
California property
Residentail Property
Looking for short term loan, low rate and reasonable fees. Look forward to speak with you.
