Unforuntaly my latest file died when the lender did the final verbal VOE and I found to my surprise the borrower was laid off that morning (ugh). Fortunately he has secured employment a mere 5 days later in the same field. Will I need to wait until his first paycheck to satisfy FHA VOE? We can mail in the VOE and the verbal will be fine but wondering if we need to wait another 2 weeks for him to get his first check.

| Depends on the UW. Sometimes 30 days is needed. Ask the UW what is required and act accordingly. |
