I have a borrower with only two fico scores:

589 and 527 which one do lenders go by?

property in Texas
Stated Income
Purchase Price: $250,000
LOOKING FOR 80% LTV
Can anyone direct me to a lender?

General rule is middle of three or the lower of the two. Maybe you should look into finding a high-score program for the borrower?
