are you STILL messing around with this loan?
we had many full quotes for tiffany on this over a month ago.... but nothing ever happened.... tiffany stopped returning calls and emails....
this was totally closable but tiffany just disappeared (again)....
anyway.... have a nice night.... |

I've had the same experience with Tiffany, had pricing on 2 different scenarios. 1 was an auto repair shop in GA at 8.25% 5/5/5/5/5 with declining prepay, the other was 6.25% 35yr fixed on an assisted living facility (HUD Loan).
Makes me wonder... |

yes david.... does make me wonder.... shawn williamson and i briefly discussed how she sends out scenarios and then expects quotes without any follow up on her part.... she won't sign an ncnd.... that's when i decided that she is one broker that we will just stay away from....
but i am not over stating it... we had worked up this same deal weeks and weeks ago... got her quote letters (no loi's because she wouldn't sign the ncnd (even though she kept promising she would)).... but nothing materialized....

All he ever does is cut and paste the same post on every commercial scenario that is posted here! No info, no insight, just "Hi my name is...blah blah blah" WEAK.
You have 2 other very active BO guys that have a pretty solid rep here in EMS and David who are trying to help you with real quotes and know how and actually helping you....and your just rate shopping around with all the losers who just spam on here instead, thats just ridiculous on your part Tiff.. |

You know David I know I was right for sure if you have had this experience as well. As EMS mentioned we were just talking about this and George Booth and I have had the conversation a while back. I can say every time I have actually spoke to Tiffany she's super nice, but being a professional and not wasting someone's time she's not very good at. So for that reason I never respond to post of hers anymore looking to help on the deal.
