| Broker needs a loan for a CA, cash out refi, $800Kish Loan Amount, 65%LTV, OwnerOccupied, Self employed, SIVA/SISA,NO DOC,NINA??? 637MID. The property is on almost 10 acres, has 1APN number, but appraisal shows 2 APNs. Property has 3 acutual addresses (multi family?). Property appraised in July for $1.45 Million. Have a brand new home on property to be completed in about 3 weeks. Living in one of the other ones now. Borrower has about $40K in reserves and is self employed.
