We can do this loan scenario through our portfolio program.
Minimum FICO 660 - you're ok there
Max Loan Amount $5M - you're ok there
LTV Max 80% - you're ok there
Stated Income - you're ok there
Only issue is the assets - we'll need more assets, but they DO NOT need to be seasoned. Can your borrower borrow enough to cover 3x stated income plus 2x PITI payment
Available programs: 5/1 and 7/1 Arm Interest Only and Option Arm
