I need a lender who will carry a second.

First loan is being done with Amnet at $417,000

The second will be $125,000
706 FICO
0 X 30 (Though BK discharged in '99. Apparently this was a problem for Bank of America)
SFR
Owner Oc
Can go either SISA or SIVA
Borrower receiving no cash for loan. Both loans combined will pay off a WORLD Option Arm.
