| We normally have a $100.00 application fee which is being waived right now while we ramp up to have coverage in all 50 states. We have webinars going on daily for anyone who would like to learn more. Just email me your location so we can see if we have a opening in your area. You may also go to our website at http://www.rentorsaleproperties.com and click on Locations at the top of the page. It will show you all the cities and states we are currently in. If your area is not listed then we have a opening in your area.

| Service Locations are not available to Mortgage Brokers operating out of a residence. You must have an office where the public can come in to. You must be the owner or manager of the mortgage company to set up a location. |

| Guys ..This may be great !! but if you want another opportunity let me know..I have something close to this but no application fee period..and this guy most have some reason for not telling you the monthly cost..I may not be the cheapest but I do know that we growing fast!!! Our cost is open book with so many features I can't list them here it would take forever it is a biz in a box !! It will take real work but the system is built for your success..I don't mind if you work out of your home the main function is over the phone and internet anyway..This is ideal for FSBO's but also commercial and renters..Send me an email offline for faster replies..Cost is $250.00 per month..but I have a way you can get it for FREE!! |

| At Rent Or Sale Properties we do not charge our locations a monthly fee. We help our locations make money as well as provide leads to close even more mortgage loans. |

Hey Tim, Thanks for the input. However If you think your product is worth it for others to see, start your own thread, don't advertise on someone elses. Just a suggestion. |
