Equity Genie will be removing the online price of $1997 so brokers will now get what they want.
If you are a broker who has expressed interest in the past, please check it out one more time.

The price will now be $600. This is the lowest it's ever been.
You can offer it to your clients for whatever price you want. Or give it away for free if you are already doing a refi.
Equity Genie hopes this will help simplify things. |

So are you saying for $600 we can get complete resell rights?
Will I be able to sell the download directly or is it a membership site? |

Yes.
Here is what I understand. And I just did a presentation today that got my foot in the door to quite a few real estate offices. Hopefully I can sponsor a few meetings and get some referral business! (they love free food and good loan tips!)
Okay, there is a link on the website as of tomorrow that you go on direct and pay the $600.
You are then given a new account. If you plan to resell for a higher amount, then one thing you could do is set up a paypal or google checkout account. then the client can pay you the full amount, and you pay the $600 to Equity Genie.
If I made no sense at all (I hope not) then I will ask the developer of the system to put it in writing exactly what we should do. Come to think of it, I will do that right now.
