Sounds good but, please provide more info as to the nature of the leads (notices of default, 90 day late on mortgage, etc.), cost for the program. What are the statistics as to how many people can be saved from foreclosure by negotiation with lender. I would imagine its not high and most houses either go to foreclosure or are sold before auction. If they can't make their current payment and the loan is modified and they are allowed to make up back payments over 6-12 months, that would raise their payments. Also if they can't make their payment how can they pay your fee? Am I missing something? Also do you have any names that have been doing this with success and making money. Thanks

Jack,

I have a pending contract in Broward and really should give that broker a day or two to execute it.

Richmond is available but you really need to be in the area where you are doing business with this program in order to see the clients.

Do you have someone in Richmond Va that you would be working with?

Macoomb and Oakland counties are avilable in Michigan... 500 leads on a monthly basis for each county.

Leads come to you daily via email... should be about 30 leads a day per county!!

Jack, if you are still interested in Broward, I can hook you up with the broker that has that county and he would be willing to work something out with you in all probability.

I have already talked with him about just that.

Thank you very much.

Remember, only 1 consultant per county is being set up so if you have not inquired yet, shoot me an email so we can explain how you can make a serious income off this opportunity.

For those of you that have looked at this program I can only say that Greg is a professional and provides the support and guidance to make this program work. I purchased 2 counties in Florida and I have hired 4 lo's and I plan to hire 10 more in the comming weeks. In South Florida the market is tough for purchases & refis but this service has unlimited potential. Where else can you sincerely help homeowners and make an excellent income. Thanks Greg

Thank you
