Hello

www.gcuinvestments.com is up and running. For anyone interested in selling business cash advances you can go to the website, download a Non disclosure agreement and fax it back to 818-936-0776. After that you'll be given a user id and password to access our training package and marketing materials.

This is not a loan it is a "cash advance based on future credit card sales." Basically we're advancing them a large sum of money now for the right to purchase their future Visa/MC sales at a discount.

The majority of our reps {About 65%} average 2-3 advances per week, our top producers are producing at a clip of 5-9 a week.

With the average commissions falling between $1250 to $2500 and maxing out at $7500, the earning potential here speaks for itself.

{Average advance size is typically between 25k-50k, but can go up to and in some cases exceed 150k}

Here's just a few of our programs highlights

- 5% COMMISSIONS PER SELF GENERATED DEAL
- 2.5% PAYOUT FOR LIVE TRANSFER LEADS {For proven closers}
- Comprehensive training materials, scripts, marketing manual, back office support
- Work from home, your existing office, earn overrides on a team
- NO STATE/GEOGRAPHIC RESTRICITONS
- Only 5 pieces of documentation are typically needed
- NOT FICO DRIVEN, as long as merchant doesn't have a BK in the last 12 months and any outstanding derogatory liens exceeding 175k we can help them!
- Money is received by merchant in 5-10 business days
- No state licensing
- You can pay referral fees to financial professionals
- NATIONWIDE AVAILABILITY any small or medium business/franchise concept
- No DNC list for businesses

Email Mike Siehien, if you have experienced prior success as a sales professional and are seriously ready to sell this unique and fast growing product. This is starting to become nationally advertised and known and we are at the forefront of this innovative business financial solution.

Everyone is selling this product now, our company recently signed up to do it. These merchant advance companies have targeted mortgage call centers to help sell it, smart move on their part.

Hi

Thanks for the response, people may be doing this more frequently now, but alot of the merchant advance companies out there offering adavnces have much tighter qualifying standards.

They often base their advance decision on credit and tax returns, while we're strictly based on a four month average of credit card volume.

Good luck selling these, its still far from a saturation point and the demand for small business working capital will always be there.

What is the rate that the merchant is paying pack , someone ran an example on 16K borrowed paying back 20K , but did not give terms , the expample paid 5 pts upfront on the 20K or $1000.00 and 3 pts on the payback $600.00 plus some money on the swipe fee , so with 8 pts going to the originator , you must be getting another 8 pts on the loan , so whats the APR ? if someone has good credit and other resources , is this type of loan even worth it ? can I get the same terms from my neigborhood loanshark ?

This is not a loan. There is no APR. This is a cash advance on a businesses future credit card sales. If I had a business and needed 25k in working capital, Id agree to a certain percentage of money to be deducted from my future credit card sales per transaction until the advance is repaid. So they'd be selling us 35k in credit card sales for the 25k they were advanced, over a period of typically 6-12 months. {Not actual numbers but to give an example} Theres no fixed repayment schedule, no mandatory minimum monthly payment, whether business is slow or busy the same percentage is taken from each cc swipe.

We're not targeting "A paper" we're targeting people that need money and aren't willing to wait for their bank or able to qualify for credit reasons. Theres millions of owner operated businesses in this country and the demand for capital is perpetual, its not necessarily cyclical.

You either see this opportunity or you don't. Judging by the four dozen or so emails Ive received, some people do see it. Personally I don't want to wait for Barney Frank and all the other dems to pass their new mortgage legislation eliminating YSP to validate my feelings on whats happening to the mortgage business. Things are only getting tougher for an LO and this is an opportunity to make a lot of money for LO'S with a "skill set" that is easy transferable to this business model.

These "advances" fund in 5-10 biz days, require 4 pieces of documentation and can be sold in all 50 states. No respa, No DNC list, the advantages IMO are plenty.

If you'd like to speak with me personally feel free to call me and we can discuss this further. Thank you.

None.

You're free to purchase your own leads as well. However we do offer leads, without a minimum order and no markup.

Our leads are 10 cents each and have the business name, address, phone number AND owner's name.

I'll be available Monday morning after 9am if you'd like to discuss this further.

Yes Nick, we do offer terminals and you can make residuals via that merchant processing route as well. Thats an entirely different facet of what we can offer. What we're mainly pursuing and recruiting for at this present time is the advances.

Welcome to the outpost Mike!

Yeah I heard of this, sounds interesting. Was reading about it a few months ago.

Quick question though, no results for "GCU Investments LLC" (or other variations)
comes up on the California corporations search. Also no google results, except a few Craigslist ads (make $6000/week etc...).

Do you happen to have a website?

Hello Skeet

Ive been a member of the outpost for a few years, took a break for awhile from posting and came back to share this business opportunity.

GCU Investments is a registered DBA of Global Cornerstone, Universal Investments, a California Corporation.

Until now, we haven't had the need for a website, now with all the interest we've generated, Im currently soliciting bids for a website, so Id say we should have one up and running before the end of the year.

Feel free to contact me if you'd like to pursue our opportunity.
