i was making 1.45% back at 6.375% now its like 1%

I believe the mortgage backed bond prices hit their highest level of the year on Friday, so there was a selloff this morning before rate sheets were set!

I dont have LTV hits.
i can do that to 95% without a hit depending on fico
the only variance is whether or not impounds are required and what MI factor is required for loans over 80%

Without the rest of what happened, it sounds like an A paper file that was not locked yet, and weren;t you the one who posted Friday that you would be floating this until today, because you thought more rebate would be available? That's gambling for ya.

yeah the general concensus was to float. i wound up locking it through flagstar though with the same pricing
