What is the highest LTV I can get on option arms for 3 properties all:
- multi- fams(3)
- inv. properties
- cash-out
- stated
I've heard 70LTV from most banks, anyone know somebody that may go to 75? Or higher?

I am good to 70% up to $645,300 loan amount.
