You've all been asking for it, now it's here, time for YOU to put YOUR money where your mouth is!...PAY PER FUNDING IS HERE AND LEGAL!...
Those that know me know I've been trying for some time to get this done legitimately, well after much time and more expense, I'm proud to say, I've got it and now so can you!...
We are looking for partner to work WITH us using our leads, and a proprietary process that will be disclosed to serious inquiring parties only, to close as many deals as they can handle which will be done on a pay per funding basis...Since the big question is cost, I'm going to cover and get that out of the way, if that scares you off, no need to read further...
$2400 upfront(this is not a fee or cost to do business, it is upfront payment, mostly compliance related)...We will be paid 30% or $1200, whichever is LESS on all deals, no more money comes out of your pocket until the $2400 is depleted...The $2400 is your only out of pocket money EVER until deals fund...Amount earned on deal is total revenue generated...
Again, the full details of the process won't be disclosed until we talk, but we will not just be sending you leads, saying good luck, pay us when they close, this is a PARTNERSHIP, we will be doing as much if not more on them as you will...When done right, your LOs will NEVER talk to anyone that is not ready to puke their SSN and DOB to them...
Part of this is that you will work almost daily with me to cherry pick and tweak the processes and leads to make them work best within your companies abilities and lenders...
And you don't have be licensed in 10 states or have 10 LOs to make this work either, I will work with any and all professionals...When we talk, remember this, its a 2 way interview, we're looking for pros, not just anyone with $2400, we don't need the money...

- your full name and title(you must be able to sign for company)
- name of company and physical location of office
- how many LOs do you have and their experience levels
- states licensed in
- phone, fax and cell numbers

We will continue to sell our leads in all states that don't have partnerships in them, once a partnership is formed in a state, that state is 100% exclusive to that partner and won't be sold... |

| Okay i have spoken to Stephen on this and reviewed the contract. This is truly a no brainer for someone that doesn't mind working and of course making money. The upfront fee might seem like a lot but it really just covers the first two loans you do. This is not just a fluff fee that goes into Stephens pocket it actually applies to your first couple of deals. For those who are wondering this is a true partnership which you will understand if talk further with Stephen. Understand i have no stake in this (other than the nice check Stephen promised). All kidding aside this is a great opportunity. |

Ok, due to overwhelming demand, I have to put a hold on taking on more people at the moment...I can handle many many more, but I can't handle setting up more people at one time so I have to focus on these folks, get them on cruise control, then I can take on the next batch...
Please send me the information I requested in the first post, I will send NDAs and when I get these folks up, you're next!...It's just a time thing, and I don't to lose or neglect anyone...
After I get final commitments from folks and states, I will post those so all know what's available...

We've always been exclusive, that won't change...We don't plan on having every state as part of this program either as we have too many long term supportive clients we won't forget or neglect, ARM will always be here...

I understand, it's not for everyone...Can I ask, what about the way that I've done business for over a year here would make you think I wouldn't deliver?...If anything, I OVER deliver!...

I've chosen 4 people to get up and running at a time, it's all the time I can designate without anyone getting neglected, this isn't some startup or struggling lead company here, we have our act together and it's tight...

How's this for delivery "mission", just from the commitment of one person, we started our process and before we even officially start, we have a request for that person to call a borrower already!...We'll know 1st thing in the morning if we start off 1 for 1 before we start!...
And by the way, I haven't been paid yet, risk?...
We call it trust, mutual trust, as we are forming partnerships here not building a client base, actually quite the opposite, I'm giving up my guaranteed client base in many areas for this venture and that's a true risk I'm taking in a market that scares the heck out of most people...My money will always be where my mouth is and I have no fear...
I hope you can see this isn't like Lending Tree or PayPerFunding that takes anyone that can write a check that clears...When you offer shares in a 'finite' goldmine, you have to choose your partners right!...
We are also very realistic, this isn't something anyone is going to do for 20 years and retire from, but it will, at the very least, carry us thru this current market with all involved not worrying about where their next deal or meal is coming from...There is no time commitment in the contract, if the market changes, everyone can regroup and go the next best route or part ways and be thankful for what we had during a tough time in our industry and humbled by the people we couldn't help that may have lost their homes...

More good news for this project: I just got a "call in"(doesn't get hotter than those!) for 2nd person I signed up and he hasn't started yet either!...Hope this demonstrates the true partnership effort here, just on commitment, we went into action and he now has a good one waiting for him when he gets to work tomorrow also!... |

Great stuff Stephen. As many know i have a very effective direct mail program that i use to generate my own business. The value that Stephens program offers is incredible for someone who wants to bring on some solid loan officers. I have been actively trying to get a couple of guys to come work with me. This program will be a benefit that should push them over the top. No matter how busy you are currently in this business i don't think there is ever too much business especially now.
To follow up on Stephens post. How great is it to get an email Sunday night with a prospect that wants you to call them on Monday? |

Thank you rescue, your name says it all, that's our goal and mission, save/rescue as many as we can and of course make a lot of money along the way!...
To give an idea of what we have to work with here, for those interested, think back 2 or 3 yrs ago, how many LOs did it take to put ALL these folks in ARMs?...Riiiiiiiight, should take the same amount to get them out and I don't know anywhere near that many people, so, any amount of people I can put together will only scratch the surface of the potential allowing us to cherry pick each territory as much as possible...
Current group is almost on cruise control, the next group will be up and running during the first week of November...
If interested, send info requested in first post and please include ALL states licensed in, not just ones you prefer...In determining a partner, we want them to be able to take on as many smaller states as possible along with their meat and potato ones, it will only increase your potential as we're not as concerned with going thru quantities of leads as we are in creating volume of loans(duh huh, LOL)...

I can vouch for Darkstars leads and service, my last batch I ordered was only 50 and he gave me almost 100, he didn't have to but went out of his way to do it.
I can't wait to get on board this train. |
