Can anyone direct me to a good source to keep updated with any developments regarding FHA guidline overhaul as well as broker qualifications for approval. Also, can some one please tell me how long it typically takes for the HUD to approve an applicant.

| I think broker approval is taking about 6 months right now from what I have heard. |
