Does anyone know how i can get out of my contract for lowermybills
It is in my 3rd week with them and probably over 75% have been d/c numbers, they say I have to be with them for 31 days before I can cancel and also after 31 days I have to send a letter of cancelation that takes another 31 days. |

Obviously it would be whatever it says in your contract, unless they had some kind of 30 day no questions asked guarantee. It sounds like they don't or they wouldn't be telling you to wait. It amazes me businesses can be so short sighted.

| That I why i didn't sign up with them. If you paid ny credit card, perhaps you can do a chargeback & cancel any draft from a bank account. |

No, I'm talking about lowermybills. Businesses who won't let customers go easily when the customer doesn't want to be with them end up creating much more negative word of mouth than just letting the unhappy customer go.

oh ok thank you, ya that is exactly how i feel i cant understand why they would do business like that. The only reason i can think of is to try and sell as many leads before they lose a client, but if a customer is leaving i feel you should make them happy instead of trying to get over on them as much as you can.
