I am looking for the highest LTV possible on this property. Could put down as much as 20%. Already have the contract in hand looking to close within about 30 days. Looking to make Yield Spread. Not sure if any redidential lenders can do this (over 5 units). Please email if this is something that may fit your portfolio.

If the dscr is above 1% and you can go full doc, we can get you to 90% ltv. If stated, we can go to 85% ltv. We do allow up to 2% in ysp to brokers.
