UPDATE: 9-12 (I posted and update lower on this page today, our volume was over 100 refi leads this week opening up to single state buyers - please read on)

Hello, My name is Christy O'Connor ... I've had postings in this forum before. I'm generating some leads off of my own site. I get just about 15 to 20 per week from both types scattered over the whole country (40wk total). If I find a good partner I can ramp up. ... there are two types of leads coming in besides the transfers which are detailed below.
1. Home improvement projects that the consumer wants to have financed; tend to have better credit. Coming in from our home improvement ads to real estate yogi.
2. Reg mortgage leads from home owners not happy with their current situation (adjusting rates, debt consol, cash out, and I also get new home purchases). Mixed credit on these.

I'm looking for someone to take a mixture of what is coming in for a price that is reasonable for both sides; fresh and exclusive. If you are in multiple states and you're not just looking for free leads I would give out some samples. I can do single states, but the volume is very low so you would have to understand that it would take time to fill the order in that case. The more states the better.
I also have live transfers ... They're very good, double verified, and geniune; again I'll negotiate with the right potential buyer with a guarantee. Samples available for sincere people.

| I can tell you that I dealt with Christy in the past and she delivered quality leads and a very reasonable price. She may not have the volume the other lead vendors have but her quality is worth the wait. |

| I tried 8 leads from Christy. I spoke with only 3 so far today but i pulled 2 full applications out of the 3 and need pricing. I'm still going to call this evening for the others but so far great leads. These were internet leads not transfers! |

Thank you for the post Eli. Although I think that's sort of a low contact ratio ..which leads didn't respond? I may have sent some older ones for the sample. As always if someone was to do business with me and there a pattern that was causing some frusteration I'd throw you some replacements.

UPDATE: I produced 100 leads this week of my premium refinance leads ... this is a new data stream so I have great programs and even better state selections to offer, even if you are only in a single state. I have no problem proving my worth and going slow.

Hi Larry, it looks like we have some that come in, but it will be slow again; if you want to start of with 5 leads to make it safe I'd have no problem with that.

Oh I forgot to tell you, I have transfers too .. I'd have to assume those would rather slow as well. |
