Dude , these are Fannie mae progarms , just check the fannie web site , then check Freddie , they have something similar .
Do you have a manager at your office ? |

| WAMU's Community Access Program is same as the ones mentioned below but have way better pricing because it is there portfolio , so , when a client is low to mod income or in low to mod tract - they give a whopping .625 rebate which just kills BofA, etc |

We have MORE programs then most lenders...
Like our Series 5400 HYBRID Option ARM Jumbos w/ 3% to 4% below note rate to $2M
FULL DOC - SIVA - No Ratio - NO DOC
Combo Jumbos on our Series 1100/1300/1600 up to $3,000,000.
Full Doc or SIVA
Super Jumbo on our Series 5100 Libor ARMs to $4,000,000.
And of course we have the MY COMMUNITY/FLEX 100 PROGRAM and know how to underwrite and fund them.
