I have a client with a mid core of 530 looking to do a cash-out refi on his PR / townhome. 0x30. Recent Ch. 7 BK discharged 07/07 and was filed 04/07. He is a w2 wage earner, and currently is in a VA loan. I can go full doc.
Please advise if you can help.

90% LTV/CLTV is our max........res pay must be 0x30. Let me know if this will work- bgary@bayrock.com |
