I'm looking for an investor to do this loan:
649 mid
no mortgage lates
can prove income via bank statements (self employed)
consolidation refi (no cash in hand)
95% LTV
Property in MD
Owner occupied, SFR detatched
loan amount about 275k
Please let me know if you guys have any ideas on this one, it was suggested to me it might be able to get done through Fannie?
