1) 1 loan 95% Cltv 655 fico owner occupied full doc $ 495 loan needa 3/1 or 5/1. If we can go to 100% than even better
2) investment sfr 385k loan 70% cltv looking for a 5/1 rate and term refi full doc 729 fico
