Fellow BO Members,
In this time of turmoil in our business, it's important that we all stick together and support each other. I have come upon this opportunity, and think it is an excellent way to use my NETWORK of real estate agents, fellow mortgage brokers, wholesale AEs, appraisers, title reps, home inspectors, etc to build a strong and effective network marketing team.
Visit my site at www.fundurfuture.info, watch the informative movie, and take a FREE test drive by clicking on "Join Now." There is no obligation, and it allows you to explore the site in more detail before buying.
I know what you all are thinking... 1st, I'm not the only person on BO pushing an alternative revenue product; 2nd, is there even a product to sell?; and 3rd, this can't possibly work... it's too good to be true. I thought long and hard about this, and came to some major realizations... 1st, I have a HUGE file of contacts in a struggling industry. If I present this opportunity to each and every one of them, there will be people eager to join the team. It becomes a snowball effect from there... each person has their own contact list, and so on, and so on. 2nd, the products are excellent, and I'm even using them in my mortgage broker business to improve our marketing and build what I expect to be a strong online presence. 3rd, it definitely CAN work. It's all about networking, trying out the products, and telling everyone you can that the internet still holds an incredible wealth-building opportunity.
Please check it out at www.fundurfuture.info. Email or post with any questions.
Anyone with their own product, whether it is a Mortgage Accelerator, Vitamins, MLM, etc... PLEASE do not hijack this post. This forum marketplace is such that it allows us all to share our thoughts and opinions. I respect all of you enough to not try to push my product on your posts. I support fellow BO'ers with their businesses also.
I don't plan to leave the industry at all... in fact, with an extra stream of revenue, I hope to grow my broker business, invest in some real estate, and enjoy my life and my family.
Thanks for reading. |

Thanks to all of you who wrote me privately with questions. To those of you I haven't written back yet... I'm going to try and catch up later today. Still have to focus on loans first and foremost.
The biggest question I'm seeing is "what is the product?" or "is there a product?"
When you visit www.fundurfuture.info, click on the "Products" link. This shows you hundreds of software packages you will have access to. The signup fee allows you to purchase all of them in one bundle. I've reviewed several products, and am going to implement many of the advertising methods in both my mortgage broker business and this one.
Keep the questions coming, either on the post, or privately. I appreciate the responses!

So, just a thought... my goal with this is to sign up 2 people a month, which is very realistic... They pass up their first 2 people to me... and so on. The way I figure it, my $1000 investment should grow as follows:
Month 1 = $2K Month 2 = $2K + $4K = $8K total Month 3 = $2K + $12K = $22K total Month 4 = $2K + $28K = $52K total Month 5 = $2K + $60K = $114K total Month 6 = $2K + $124K = $240K total
All I did was sign up 12 people... and they each followed my example by getting 2 people per month. Just my thoughts... most people in this business have an extra $1K to take a shot like this... but it's definitely not for everyone. With the daily news and "doom and gloom," I figured, "Why not?"

| I find it fairly interesting that whenever someone makes a post about an alternative income stream, there is always someone that hijacks the post and insults the person. Here's my approach. If you're not interested, don't read the post. News Flash ... MLM has created more millionaires than any industry other than real estate. So, obviously, something works. I am proud that I found an alternative revenue stream, http://www.5linx.net/phonepros (gratuitous, shameless, self-promoting plug). Having additional sources of income takes a lot of stress off. I will never leave mortgage completely but I also have enough business sense to see that additional money coming in is not a bad thing. |

| Thank you for defending my post... but you sorta hijacked it at the same time. Please continue your promotion in your own post, and good luck to you in your endeavor. |

| I went to the site and watched the presentation. From what I saw, it appears to be a pyramid scheme. I'm not trying to post anything negative, just I was told by the U.S. Postal Service about something similar in the past being against the law. I don't know if the US Postal Service would have jurisdiction concerning the internet, but before I joined this type of opportunity, I would want to run it by the governing authority first. |

I can see how some might view it as a pyramid or MLM situation. MLM means you make money off all sales in your downline, like Tupperware or Tastefully Simple, etc. A lot of people do very well in those structures. This, however, is not MLM, as you earn 100% commission of each sale of the software bundle.
Is is a pyramid? Not really. You earn two referral sales for each person you directly sign up, and so on.
The business is definitely not for everyone. You do need to put in some work on advertising it. It won't create itself. But, once you get a few sales made, your income will continue to grow more passively as time goes on. |

| On the pyramid structure, I take the "not really" to mean that it has some pyramid qualities. if so, is it legal to operate that portion of the program? |

It's a "2-UP" system. You pass the 1st 2 sales up to your sponsor, and earn on every sale thereafter. So, my apologies in saying "not really." It is a 2-UP system. The compensation tab shows a video of how that system multiplies.
It's built like any business... getting referrals from your existing customer base. |

Here's my question - once someone gets their 2 sales and passes them "up" to their "sponsor" what incentive does the sponsor have to continue to mentor/train? They won't make any money off of them, so why spend the time?
I'd be interested to read your thoughts.

You need to find the right sponsor, that's for sure. You do make a valid point, so finding someone that's going to support you beyond those two sales is crucial for the growth of your business.
There probably are sponsors out there that don't follow through with their recruits after those 2 sales, and that's unfortunate. Personally, I'd rather get 100% of each sale than always be passing up commission to my sponsor, but that's me. However, the incentive is something that will then come within, and choosing the right person to lead you into this business is an important first step. |
