I have a pretty similar one.
Borrower has 679 fico, but I think I'll break 680 on my next pull.
Purchase price is 522k, 10% down. Co borrower is Full doc, borrower is Bank Statements or Stated.
Ca. SFR, Owner Occ.
Borrower is rate sensitive. No 9%'ers please. |

I talked to my rep an hour ago and he said yes as long as the loan amount is under $500K and of corse mine is $650K. BNC will do it to but the rate is very high. Equifirst went to 100% with a 680 and bank statements until this morning now it is 95% Max.

We don't use 100% of the deposits on business bank statements -- 75% are used. I don't know of any lenders that accept 100% of the deposits on biz bank statements. |

| Sorry! I misunderstood I spent 15 hours this weekend looking for lenders for 5 different loans. I found them and got up this morning to find out the lenders guidelines had changed. I spend more time looking for lenders these days then I do processing. |
