Home Saving will use a VOE as full doc on our portfolio products.
We are also offering 100% financing on our portfolio.
3/1 LIBOR ARM. IO for first three years and then a 40 year amortization.
7.50 @ par, 7.95 @ (1.00)
Borrower paid MI at a factor of 1.3

Wamu Community Acees will blow My Community and all Flex Do products out of the water if they are low to mod income or tract by .375 rate.
There Mi is only .59 opposed to 1.04....
