Unbelievable state of affairs is the mortgage business today. I would have to say shocking, frankly, in my 22 years in the business. With that said Sierra Pacific Mortgage is still in business and looking to add quality branches. My name is Dan Starelli and I am a regional manager with Sierra Pacific Mortgage Co located here in Folsom, CA. My job is to seek highly qualified, top producing mortgage loan originators all across the United States and introduce them to our formidable retail net branch program. All of the personnel in our branches are an employee of the company, W2, and eligible for benefits. Payday is on the 15 and 31st and is never late. Our branches our compliant by all HUD regulations and we don’t allow dual employment. We license you in the state your in and possibly some adjoining states if that is part of your business plan.
