Is anyone doing a stated/verified w/ 3 mo reserves, or just stated stated. rate term on first cash out on 2nd? Mid score is 706. CLTV is 90%. I have a bunch of lenders that can do the 1st but not the 2nd.

Loan amt is 200 on first and 106 on 2nd. Self employed borrower.
