Welcome everyone to the Broker Outpost forums. Please feel free to discuss what you like here.
Post questions to lenders, brokers, processors, etc. Post loan requests if you have something that doesnt match up with a loan in our search database.
If you are a loan officer, you are automatically listed in our mortgage broker directory at http://directory.brokeroutpost.com
Each post in these forums increases your ranking in the directory, meaning more free traffic and business to your homepage. Make sure you update your homepage link and bio in the profile area of this forum to be listed.
You can also update your signature information so each post will display your contact information and/or website links for others to contact you.
Lender reps feel free to help the loan officers looking for loan programs, thats what this forum is for! Also if you have news or updates with new programs for loan officers please post them here and notify me by email so I can consider it for the mortgage broker blog on the front page of Broker Outpost.
