I can't place a subprime loan at all!! I'm a new broker although I've been in the business for almost 20 years. I'm only approved with 2 lenders and both are Conventional. I am accumulating a stack of b/c loans that I can't do. If anyone is interested in placing them and paying me a fee please email me at debbie@southernmortgagesolutions.net
