| when i ran a loan through the my community program it came back EA11 and eligible for my community...but my community is no longer accepting ea11's corret???? |

Wachovia has an in-house my community that will take EA2 at regular 30 year pricing.
At least they did a month ago. Smae product at amnet/vertice. |

| Also try dropping the rate by 1% to see if you get a better approval. I read here that they add 1% for a max rate and it bumps up the dti. |

hmmm interesting i will have to try it out....
since they tweekd DU wouldn't they have removed it from saying that EA11's are elligible for my community??? |

| If you ran the original AUS findings prior to the new version of DO coming out you will get eligible responses. |
