Here is the scenario below.

Purchase
Fico:770
Income:SIVA with 20k in asset's and 5% down
Loan Amount:250k
SFR O/O
Utah
House Value:250k
Purchase price:240

He need's a 30yr fixed fully amoritized with no MI or IO.

If he will take a 5/1 7.125 1 loan no mi w/full package submission.
