What lenders will do a new purchase with no credit scores, with non-traditional tradelines? property in Nebraska.
Any ideas on a lender? Thanks.

| fha has no credit score requirements and accept alt tradelines. |

| it won't qualify fha, due to some collections that aren't going to be paid. |

| BoA has a Credit Flex program-No credit-They build credit-need to have 3 utilities in their name for 12 months. |

It looks like I can run My Community through Flagstar, Countrywide, and Tristar...that i'm signed up with
just need to know what qualifies for my community and who's the best |

there is no qualifying guidelines really.
Put it in to flagstar, then call there tech support tell them you are trying to qualify under my community. Flagstars tech support is really helpful. They will help you get it into the system to see if you can get an approval. |
