| I have a 565 one score customer with no trades for the past 12 months and a private vor. 90% LTV with a 10% Seller second. NB cant do it because of the vor. I have this at long Beach but NOW they want 3 alt trades to do this loan and she does not have them. Anyone have any suggestions? |
