Has anybody tried this form of marketing? If yes, what kind of volume should I try and what should I expect to pay for it. thanks in advance |

| When you say voice broadcasting, are you referring to live transfers? |

I got an e-mail from this company that will do 10000 minutes or 10000 faxes at 5c/minute. They approximately contact 15000 numbers and leave messages. If someone calls the 800 number, they prescreen and transfer over to me. However, it was never made clear on how much I pay per transfer so I just wanted to find out if someone tried it thanks for responsing |

Those message blasts are just like doing mass mailers. I don't know what kind of response to your marketing that you are looking for, but that should give you an idea. The only thing that is different with that versus mailers, is they don't have anything to look at(like a postcard.)
I would bet that there is a nice little fee for the ones that call in the 800 number and transfer over to you though. Hope this helps you a little. |

Don't quote me on this, but I believe the FCC has no call legislation in place which make fax broadcasting illegal. (Not to say that it is evenly enforced, as I get unsolicited crap on my fax machine everyday)
