Just a note to tell you all how much I’ve enjoyed working with you. However, I sadly report that as of tomorrow Opteum Financial Services, LLC will be closing their doors. Pipelines currently in house will be worked and closed up to 5/31/07.
I’ll be in touch with you about when and where I may reappear.
Thanks for your business and hopefully we’ll work together again soon.

Ryan, I got a flyer from Banker Express Mortgage claiming
that currently listed properties are OK with your company.
Please advise if you allow refinancing and cashout of
currently listed properties.
