Not too many lenders out there will do manufactured anymore. Even less a cash out.
I'm doing a CO with Countrywide on one right now--- 700 credit and they want 9.05% on a 30 fixed.
Merchantile of Indiana is another. |

HELOC works just like a credit card borrower pays only for the amount uses the amount they do not use remains at their disposal but they are not being charged anything on it!
If borrower pays more than the interest only payment a month the credit line replenishes and the available credit limit adjusts to a higher amount.
Will lend anywhere in the United States some states may subject to lower LTV and or other qualifications requirements. Any loan out of the state of California was a minimum loan amount requirement of $150,000.
