I am looking at a client that needs a loan for his Gas Station but I none of my lenders will do it.
Do you knonw of any lenders that will do these types of loans in the State of California? |

| ambanc will as well. try bondstreetcapital.com. www.c-lenderguide.com will give you a bunch. Just make sure your clients has goooood assests these babys are hard to close. |
