I need 100% LTV on a NOO purchase for a client looking to get into buying investment property. Anyone know of a lender that will give me 100% with a 760 score for a 1 unit investment property? Thanks and have a great weekend.

| gn mortgage...tim gallacher @ 541-461-1671..im doing this right now, and I'm at 7.375 par on first and 10.75 par on second. this is on 30 fixed with 3 year soft pp on first. oh, and no impounds |

| this is a jumbo deal..if yours isn't you can imrove the interest rat by about a full point |

reduced doc to 100% cltv non owner loans is our specialty.
Don't really see many full doc investor loans.
I would put our rates up against anyone in America at 100% cltv non owner stated plus we don't have any of those funky problems that come up from other lenders who are ALS conduits like neg cash flow and field reviews.
Non owner made ease is what we do.
