| Am considering opening my own brokerage and am trying to piece together a business plan. Does anybody else here have a good template that I could look at just to get my bearings? Thanks in advance |

A bplan is bplan. It's up to you to tailor make it for your industry. You can buy a ton of off the shelf software that will do it for you but if you want examples of 'success stories' you've got to already have the industry knowledge. Wouldn't suggest starting your own if you've never been in the industry.
Basics:
1.what's your bus.?
2.how much do u think u can make?
3.how you gonna make it?
4.costs
simple...yet...not so much |

Business Plan PRO 2005 that's what I have, it is good and it has a lot of templates very professional. you can buy it on best buy or other place. but I recommend that one, I will do the same.
