| Stated self employed OO 8 story non warrantable( because the developer is still in control 80% sold mostly OO project done etc..) condo 510000 purchase 732 fico 6 months reserves seasoned. Other then CWIDE and ARGENT and BFS who can do my 80/20 80/15? rate/program really isn't that important right now this bad boy just needs to close AASAP. Any suggestions for this michigan property? I guess if worse comes to worse my client can put down the 10% and pull a citi heloc out after close to get it back but would prefer not to. Thanks guys. |

CJ. Give me a call. I might be able to help you with this file depending on the Credit Score. I can get you a straight 95% or 80/15 Combo. Fax me a copy of the 1003, 1008 and credit report.
