Need a $75,000 Heloc behind an 80% Option Arm. CIT was in midst of approving this loan until a guideline change said they had to count the markup of recast of the first lien.
So... House appraised at $750,000. An 80% option arm just closed, and now we are looking to do a $75,000 HELOC at 90% CLTV 0 X 30 655 FICO Stated Income, Verified Assets Single Family/Owner Oc
