I have a customer who has to put 9.7 Mil in homes. I need to find lender/lenders who will do mulitple investment properties. LTV will be only 33%, but want to limit the number of lenders I have to deal with.
Any ideas?

WHERE do they want to lend the $$?
Or do they want to BORROW money?
The post is "confusing"?
IF they have 9.7 they need 2 re-invest, I have private lenders that can handle the entire amount right here in FL on multiple transactions (or just a couple) in my pipeline (developments);
If they want to borrow, what state(s) are/will the properties be in?
Please clarify?

I have private lenders and a warehouse line that specialize in working with investors. Get me some more details on property location/s and other specifics. Better yet, give me a call to discuss. Thank you.

I have a company that specializes in common sense and profile based risk assessment for commercial loan packages. Let me know if you would like to speak with them. They have done 100% commercial financing if the total profile makes sense to do so. They are quite successful and growing rapidly.
